Well, we proved we are insane!

We did it! Yes, we proved that we truly are insane. We voted the bums back in and now they are showing us just how little they care about us and our concerns.

They have voted to give the scoundrels on Wall Street $700 billion dollars of our money with no strings attached and they are about to give billions more to the floundering auto industry.

What I want to know is where is my bail out? I don't need billions, just a few hundred thousand would take care of my problems. How do I file to become a bank holding company so I can tap into the so called tarp funds?

Oh well, I guess you must be happy with how these fools are treating you as it seems none of you had the guts to vote them out of office. I did what I could and voted for no incumbents and for the Libertarian candidates that were on my ballot in Illinois. I knew that they would not win but I had the courage to vote my conscience not follow the herd like a dumb cow.

The time is coming when we either have a new revolution or give up our freedoms to those who seem to think they know better than us how we should live and are very happy to spend our money like there is no tomorrow.

If you agree then just set back and watch as they give your money to the robber barons and take your freedom to choose any course of action away from you. They are enjoying themselves because they know we, their employers, will do nothing to hinder them. There power and their wealth increase while ours is diminished with every vote they cast.

The time is coming when you and I will have nothing that they don't give us and they will have everything we create. They want us to have nothing and they want to have everything. We are making that so easy for them that our children and grandchildren will face a time when they are nothing but slaves to the elite who we so gladly elect to oppress us.

I don't know what it will take to get us off our lazy butts and into the streets. I do know that if we are not willing to sacrifice for the freedom of our children and grandchildren that we are sentencing them to a life of servitude and oppression. The choice is ours and I pray we make the right one. I am old enough that I may be able to slide by before the real horrors start, I also know my grandchildren are not and they will be the ones who truly will suffer for my unwillingness to get out of my comfort zone.

I am also old enough to know that on May 1, 1970, in Ohio, the chance for true freedom was lost as the National Guard proved to us that they would indeed kill us if we did not toe the line. It is a shame that we did not really have the guts to stand up to the fascists and let them know we valued our freedom more than our lives. I claim no higher ground as I too was cow towed into submission and decided a back to the land move was better than a bullet in the head.

Heaven help us now as those who wish for a new world order take control and try to convince us that by electing Barrack Obama we have moved into a new era of freedom and prosperity. We are very content to drink the same old wine from a brand new bottle and believe we are making progress and invoking change. The only change is in the face we see in the White House. Those behind the scenes who are truly running things are the same scoundrels who have been in charge for the past 30+ years. Their objective is the same, to run the world and take control of all that is produced and has value while making sure the little people, you and me, provide them with power and wealth beyond imagination. And we are doing a great job, so keep up the good work!
