You can't borrow your way out of debt!

Can you believe what they are doing in Washington D.C.? You would think they are drunken sailors with a year's pay to spend!

We are up to over 2 trillion dollars so far and now they are talking about another 50 to 100 billion to bail our homeowners. Where do you suppose the money is coming from? Do they have a money tree growing behind the White House? No, they have to do one of two things; print it or borrow it! Either way we get the shaft.

If they print it the value of the dollars you and I have goes down! If they borrow it we become further beholden to countries that do not have our best interest at heart. You can't borrow your way out of debt and sooner or later those who hold the purse strings will call in those loans and we will become an un-sovereign state and be taken over by those we now consider "friends" who are really enemies waiting to cause our demise. Whoops, we are causing our own demise, they are just taking advantage of our foolishness!

There was a time in our history when those who saw what was happening decided that enough was enough and that drastic action had to be taken. They risked their lives and their fortunes in order to establish a more perfect union and guarantee the citizens the "Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness"

Once again we face those times. Just as the Forefathers predicted, our government has grown to become the oppressor and controller of our freedom. Just as they told us that government was not the end of all means and that if we were not ever vigilant it would swallow us up and take our freedoms away this is coming to pass.

It is now time for us to realize what is happening and take the action our Forefathers told us we must take. We must rise up and institute a new government based on the principles of our Constitution. We must return the power to the people and take it from the hands of the politicians.

We can do this without violence or revolution as it has traditionally been described. We can do it by asserting our will upon those we have foolishly elected as our representatives. Constitutional amendments can be initiated at the state as well as at the federal level.

The very first thing we must do is establish term limits for all federal offices. No longer should we allow the politician to make a career out of his or her office! The Founding Fathers intended for service to be service for a short period of time and then the server was to return to private life and let some one else serve.

Term limits should also be applied to state office holders as they too have become entrenched and no longer truly serve their masters (you and I). No one should be allowed to hold and office for more that 12 years and then should be restricted from holding a different office for 12 years after leaving the first office. This way no one can build a dynasty and live like a tick off the blood of the citizenry!

By the way, that is how I define a politician. Poli (meaning many) and we all know what a tick is! It is time to get off your butts and start raising a stink about how things are being done on your behalf and in your name. If you don't like being bent over a table and having you know what rammed up your behind you have to take action now.

You must begin calling, faxing and e-mailing all those who purport to represent you and tell them you will no longer allow them to sell you out to the highest bidder or those who tell the best woeful story. It is not their place to bail out bad decision makers. It is not their place to put your children and grandchildren into servitude for all their lives just so the fat cats can have big bonuses and maintain a lifestyle you and I can't even imagine.

If you and I don't begin to raise a stink we will not be free and our children will not be free. If you don't care about being free then please move to South America, Africa, China, North Korea or Russia because they have servitude down pat and you won't have to suffer through the pangs of losing your freedom a little at at time.

Get of your duff America and save yourself from those who would control you. Bad things truly do happen to good men and women who say nothing. Speak! Speak! Speak!

I recently found this movie and if you truly wish to understand what is happening and what must be done to preserve our freedoms it is important that you take the time to watch it.

America: Freedom to Fascism explains in simple language what we are up against. It is up to us as FREE Americans to act and put a stop to this march to slavery.

Please watch it and then act. Your life and your freedom depends on it. What more can I say?

Well, we proved we are insane!

We did it! Yes, we proved that we truly are insane. We voted the bums back in and now they are showing us just how little they care about us and our concerns.

They have voted to give the scoundrels on Wall Street $700 billion dollars of our money with no strings attached and they are about to give billions more to the floundering auto industry.

What I want to know is where is my bail out? I don't need billions, just a few hundred thousand would take care of my problems. How do I file to become a bank holding company so I can tap into the so called tarp funds?

Oh well, I guess you must be happy with how these fools are treating you as it seems none of you had the guts to vote them out of office. I did what I could and voted for no incumbents and for the Libertarian candidates that were on my ballot in Illinois. I knew that they would not win but I had the courage to vote my conscience not follow the herd like a dumb cow.

The time is coming when we either have a new revolution or give up our freedoms to those who seem to think they know better than us how we should live and are very happy to spend our money like there is no tomorrow.

If you agree then just set back and watch as they give your money to the robber barons and take your freedom to choose any course of action away from you. They are enjoying themselves because they know we, their employers, will do nothing to hinder them. There power and their wealth increase while ours is diminished with every vote they cast.

The time is coming when you and I will have nothing that they don't give us and they will have everything we create. They want us to have nothing and they want to have everything. We are making that so easy for them that our children and grandchildren will face a time when they are nothing but slaves to the elite who we so gladly elect to oppress us.

I don't know what it will take to get us off our lazy butts and into the streets. I do know that if we are not willing to sacrifice for the freedom of our children and grandchildren that we are sentencing them to a life of servitude and oppression. The choice is ours and I pray we make the right one. I am old enough that I may be able to slide by before the real horrors start, I also know my grandchildren are not and they will be the ones who truly will suffer for my unwillingness to get out of my comfort zone.

I am also old enough to know that on May 1, 1970, in Ohio, the chance for true freedom was lost as the National Guard proved to us that they would indeed kill us if we did not toe the line. It is a shame that we did not really have the guts to stand up to the fascists and let them know we valued our freedom more than our lives. I claim no higher ground as I too was cow towed into submission and decided a back to the land move was better than a bullet in the head.

Heaven help us now as those who wish for a new world order take control and try to convince us that by electing Barrack Obama we have moved into a new era of freedom and prosperity. We are very content to drink the same old wine from a brand new bottle and believe we are making progress and invoking change. The only change is in the face we see in the White House. Those behind the scenes who are truly running things are the same scoundrels who have been in charge for the past 30+ years. Their objective is the same, to run the world and take control of all that is produced and has value while making sure the little people, you and me, provide them with power and wealth beyond imagination. And we are doing a great job, so keep up the good work!

Vote the bums out!

I hope you have discovered where you stand on the political spectrum by taking the world's smallest quiz. It does not matter where you stand you have to agree that the fools we have elected as our leaders have made a mess out of things.

If you know the definition of insanity (constantly doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result) then join with me in throwing the bums out! We can't send these same fools back to Washington and expect to get a different result. Their only goal is to get re-elected!

They will say and do anything to maintain their power and position. I ask you this; why would anyone spend 200 million dollars to get a job that pays $400,000 per year for 4 years? There must be a hidden agenda here somewhere.

Please remember, it is not the President who passes the laws and makes the rules. So even though it is not in our best interest to have McCain or Obama elected it is even less in our interest to return the Senators and Representatives who are running to Washington.

Our best interest lies in kicking them out and putting new blood in place for the next few years until we can kick the new bunch out because they too will be corrupted by the process in due time.

Term limits are the only savior! We must make it so our so-called leaders cannot make a career out of government service. Our Founding Fathers knew that power corrupts and they warned us about what would happen if we became complacent. The time has come for change and only we can enforce it!

Kick them out now! Let those who are not running see that we can end the insanity and that they work for us not for the fat cats on wall street! Let them see that they are not royalty who can lord over the masses with impunity and arrogance.

Do your duty as an American Citizen and speak with your vote. They do not deserve your support and if you give it you are giving away your freedom. The time has come for all good citizens to come to the aid of their country and let the fools know we are onto them and we will not tolerate their nonsense and good old boys network any longer.
